Commission Info

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms and any terms or statements under "Other Needed Info". Please read both carefully. This is to protect both of us.Contact:Please contact me at [email protected] or in the Direct Messages of the social media you initiated your purchase for all inquiries and discussion of your commission. Do not use both at once.Payment Info:- All payment should be in USD via either PayPal or Cashapp unless stated otherwise by myself
- Payment is due in full upfront for any commission equal to or below $100 USD.
- For amounts above $100 USD, payment plans can be provided through PayPal. These will depend on the price and your circumstances.
- You’ll receive a small resolution marked as a preview for reviews in the case of a payment plan, and will receive the full resolution unmarked after final payment is made.
- I am not as uptight as the number of terms here may suggest. If you need to discuss the price due to an unusual situation, we can, but please do not use this as a way to pull one over on me.
General Guidelines:- Please include visual references and/or a detailed description. The more info the better: references, colors, desired elements, posing etc.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Process Info:- After payment is received, I will begin work and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), for your approval. This is where you request adjustments if necessary.
- I will update you throughout the process a few times until completion if I don’t just complete it that day.
- Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you request a major change past the lining phase (e.g. change pose, changing entire outfits), I will charge a 25% extra.
- Size is usually in the range of 1500x1500px to 2500x2500px (dependant on the piece) in PNG file format unless you ask otherwise.
- Commission may take from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on queue and personal life events. If further delays arise, you will be notified.
Use of Finished Work:- Commissions are for personal use only; commercial use is highly limited an needs to be discussed with me. Most forms I’m not interested in getting into the legalities of.
- You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself or remove any signatures or watermarks.
- By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), you must let me know.
- In short, unless I am asked otherwise, I can and will use commissioned art as examples and social media posts.
- You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work. Credit consists of links and/or tags to my active social medias.
- I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
__Refunds and Canceling:__- If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketching stage -- or lining stage on options that go past lining -- you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid.
- If you wish to cancel your commission after those provided milestones, there will be no refund.
- You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason (i.e. anything not covered in these terms or in "Other Needed Info") I’m unable or incapable to finish the commission.
This document can and will be amended at any time without the need of further notice as neccessary.

Other Needed Info

To reiterate, by commissioning me you agree to not only the Terms of Service, you agree to any terms and statements made in this section. What I Will Draw:
- I can do OCs both human, creature, and inbetween. This does mean furry art. DnD characters count as OCs.
- Fanart is dependant on the subject, intent, and series.
- I'm willing to do light/partial mechanical work and simple to mid detail armors. Any further will need discussion.
- Blood and mild gore can be involved as long as it doesn't cross any terms mentioned below
- At this time, I'm willing to do suggestive/softcore pieces and shippings of characters that would be deemed as legal. This means nothing explicitly 18+ as this is meant for more public avenues and nothing depicting pedophilia, beastiality, or abuse.
What I Won't Draw:
- As previously mentioned, any form of relationship depicting pedophilia, beastiality, or abuse. Forms of abuse include any depiction or implication of physical, emotional, or sexual abuse. Enemies fighting verbally or physically is not considered abuse.
- Explictly 18+ imagery. This means extreme gore or full NSFW.
- Hateful imagery (i.e. racism, lgbtphobia).
- Hard substance abuse (i.e. heroine, meth, crack cocaine).
- Heavy/full mechanical or high detail armor work is iffy. I do not trust my skill on these, but if you’re willing to let me try I’ll try.
- Any implication of degenerate fetishes.
Again, I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, I reserve the rights to my work for distribution, copying, and -- unless asked otherwise -- to use your commission as a sample for sales or for self-promotion (i.e. social media posts)This document can and will be amended at any time without the need of further notice as neccessary.
